Ingredients
  

Salad:
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 leaves large lettuce optional
Dressing:
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix the mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a dressing.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing with the apple pieces, grapes, celery and walnuts until everything is well coated.
  3. Serve the salad in a lettuce leaf, or a bowl.
