Dressing:

Method
Mix the mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a dressing.
In a small bowl, combine the dressing with the apple pieces, grapes, celery and walnuts until everything is well coated.
Serve the salad in a lettuce leaf, or a bowl.
