Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. I use 1 tablespoon taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water for each ½ lb. of browned ground meat.
  3. Store any extra spice mix in an airtight container.
