Steak Fondue

Ingredients
  

Steak Fondue:
  • 1 ½ pounds lean steak cut into ¾ inch cubes
  • 3 ½ cups vegetable oil
Dipping sauces:
  • Steak sauce
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • BBQ sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in your fondue pot for 15 minutes, following the manufacturer’s instructions for cooking with oil.
  2. Divide raw meat onto individual small plates, and serve the sides on larger dinner plates.
  3. Using little fondue forks, cook each steak cube in oil to desired doneness.
  4. Use a regular fork to remove the cooked meat and dip into the sauce of your choice.
  5. Repeat.
