Steak Fondue

Ingredients
  

Steak Fondue:

  • 1 ½ pounds lean steak cut into ¾ inch cubes
  • 3 ½ cups vegetable oil

Dipping sauces:

  • Steak sauce
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • BBQ sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in your fondue pot for 15 minutes, following the manufacturer’s instructions for cooking with oil.
  • Divide raw meat onto individual small plates, and serve the sides on larger dinner plates.
  • Using little fondue forks, cook each steak cube in oil to desired doneness.
  • Use a regular fork to remove the cooked meat and dip into the sauce of your choice.
  • Repeat.
