Ingredients
  

  • ~ 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats not quick cooking
  • ~ 1/2 cup milk soy milk adds richness
  • ~1/2 cup vanilla yogurt Greek yogurt works well
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries or fresh fruit

Method
 

  1. Start with a container with a lid, with a capacity of about 2 cups.
  2. Add the oatmeal, yogurt and milk. Stir to combine
  3. Add fruit on top, fresh or frozen.
  4. Put the lid on the container and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Mix the fruit into the oatmeal blend before eating.
