Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds whole or crushed
  • 1 lb. ground turkey

Method
 

  1. Measure the seasonings into a pan.
  2. Mix and toast them lightly over medium heat.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the pan, and combine with the spice mixture as you brown and break up the turkey.
