Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups uncooked rice white or brown
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt to taste or to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Add lime juice, butter, cilantro and garlic salt.
  3. Stir together and serve.
  4. You can add a bit of olive oil if the rice seems too dry.
