Hopefully you chopped the vegetables and cooked the bacon the night before, and chopped the bacon into small pieces.
In the morning you can add the rice, chopped vegetables, garlic, cooked bacon, and canned soups to the slow cooker.
Top with the boneless skinless chicken or your choice.
Cook on low for 8 hours or more, whenever you get home from work is fine.
Use two forks to shred the chicken, then stir in the evaporated milk or cream before serving.
Top each bowl with freshly ground pepper and salt to taste.
