What to dip
French bread cut into 1 inch cubes

Fresh mushrooms

Steamed broccoli florets

Ham cut into 1 inch cubes

Granny Smith apples

Instructions
Grate the cheese, and toss with the flour to coat.
Heat wine in a fondue pot on medium to medium low.
Slowly add flour coated cheese and stir to melt.
Add spices and serve.
