Ingredients
  

  • ~ 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats not quick cooking
  • ~ 1/2 cup milk soy milk adds richness
  • ~1/2 cup vanilla yogurt Greek yogurt works well
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries or fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Start with a container with a lid, with a capacity of about 2 cups.
  • Add the oatmeal, yogurt and milk. Stir to combine
  • Add fruit on top, fresh or frozen.
  • Put the lid on the container and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Mix the fruit into the oatmeal blend before eating.
