Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups uncooked rice white or brown
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt to taste or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice according to package directions.
  • Add lime juice, butter, cilantro and garlic salt.
  • Stir together and serve.
  • You can add a bit of olive oil if the rice seems too dry.
