Start the green chile sauce cooking first. Mix the onions, garlic salt, and green chiles in a small saucepan, and bring the mixture to a boil. You can add a few drops of jalapeño sauce if you prefer more heat.
Meanwhile in a large skillet, brown the breakfast sausage, breaking it apart like ground beef as it cooks.
In a second skillet, cook the potatoes according to the package directions.
Combine the eggs and milk. After the sausage is finished, remove it from the pan and scramble the eggs in that pan.
When everything is cooked, combine eggs, sausage, potatoes in one pan and cover to keep warm.
To build a burrito, start with a flour tortilla, and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese down the center.
Top with the sausage/potato/egg combo, then with a scoop of green chile sauce.
Roll and fold into your favorite burrito shape, and enjoy.
