Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3-4 slices of cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion optional
  • 3/4 cup low fat mayo
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine broccoli, bacon, walnut, raisins and onion in a large bowl.
  • Mix together mayo, vinegar and sugar to form a dressing.
  • Add dressing to the other ingredients and stir until everything is well coated. This is best if you give it time to rest in the fridge, but it's fine to eat it right away too.
