Instructions
Preheat a gas grill to medium high, or heat a large skillet to medium high. Mix the soup mix and turkey together in a large bowl. Form into 8 quarter pound burger patties. Grill until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side on the grill. Serve with a slice of provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a lightly grilled hamburger bun. Mayo on the bun is optional.
