Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 package dried onion soup mix
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 slices tomato about 2 tomates
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons low fat mayonaise optional, 1/2 tablespoon per burger

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a gas grill to medium high, or heat a large skillet to medium high. Mix the soup mix and turkey together in a large bowl. Form into 8 quarter pound burger patties. Grill until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side on the grill. Serve with a slice of provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a lightly grilled hamburger bun. Mayo on the bun is optional.
